Four Ways to Build with The Freak Company

Design, Build, Complete and Fix: four clearly scoped ways to move a mobile or web app forward, wherever you are in its development.

The Freak Company provides product design and application development services for mobile and web. We work with early ideas, complete designs, applications already in development and software that is live but no longer stable enough to grow.

We organize this work into four packages according to where our responsibility begins and what we are expected to deliver.

Design turns an idea into a researched, complete and clickable interface, ready for development;
Build turns an existing design into working software, prepared for launch, payments and real users;
Complete covers the entire process, from the first definition to publishing;
Fix begins with an existing application: we examine what was built, repair what prevents it from moving forward and establish a practical foundation for further development.

Across all four packages, interface and engineering decisions are treated as one discipline. The design engineer working on an application is responsible for both how it behaves and how that behaviour is implemented. The original intention stays present when the work reaches the code.

Every package has a defined scope, timeframe, starting price and result. You know what we are taking responsibility for, what you will receive and what the next stage of the work will require.

Fix package card describing repair of an unstable or vibe-coded application. — Fix: repair an unstable application and prepare it for further development. The slide lists a starting price of $5,000 and a 2–6 week timeframe.
